Wert Audit S.R.L. offers conformity certification services for management systems, products, processes, and services.
The most widely recognized standards we certify management systems against include those for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, information security, and anti-bribery. In parallel, we can certify products, processes, and services, but exclusively within the voluntary field, not the regulated one.
Certification process stages
For management systems:
- submission of the certification application for review and preparation of the price offer; - signing of the certification contract by both parties; - assignment of the audit team and its acceptance by the client; - documentation review; - initial audit in two stages (Stage I and Stage II); - certification decision; - issuance of the certificate; - surveillance audits according to the 3-year certification cycle.
For products, processes, or services:
- submission of the certification application for review and preparation of the price offer; - signing of the certification contract by both parties; - assignment of the evaluation team and its acceptance by the client; - review of documentation and technical specifications; - conformity assessment (including inspections, testing, or verification, as applicable); - certification decision; - issuance of the certificate; - periodic evaluations according to the 5-year certification cycle.
Certification costs
Certification costs are detailed in the internal document “Applied Fees” (code MDI 02) and are determined based on the type of certification, field, size of the organization, and the duration of the audits/evaluations.
Conditions for starting the certification process
To comply with the principle of impartiality, according to SR EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, Wert Audit applies the following: - a) After delivering a training service to legal entities, we cannot certify the same organizations unless at least 3 people from different legal entities participated in that training. - b) We do not provide management system consultancy to organizations that have requested or hold certification issued by us. - c) We cannot certify organizations that previously received consultancy from us in the field of management systems until at least 2 years after the completion of such services. - d) According to point 5.2.4 of the standard, a conformity assessment certification body cannot certify the management system of another conformity assessment certification body.
Notes:
- The initial certification or recertification process cannot exceed 12 months. - For management systems, the interval between Stage I and Stage II cannot be longer than 6 months.
Duration of the certification process
- For management systems: a certification cycle lasts 3 years, with scheduled audits (initial, surveillance I, surveillance II, recertification). - For products, processes, or services: a certification cycle lasts 5 years, with periodic evaluations during this period, according to the applicable scheme.
Types of certification granted by Wert Audit
- Management systems – according to internationally recognized standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 37001, etc.); - Products – exclusively in the voluntary field, based on established specifications; - Processes – voluntary evaluations according to defined criteria; - Services – voluntary certifications regarding the quality and compliance of delivered services.

Certification mark
The Wert Audit certification mark is made available to clients who have been granted certification, giving them the opportunity to demonstrate compliance in a simple and effective way, without the need to display the full certificates. Depending on the certification field, the mark has different forms and uses: management systems, products, processes, or services.
