Conditions for organizing training
I. Training can be organized with a minimum of 3 participants, individuals or employees of legal entities.
II. For legal entity clients who request or hold certification of conformity granted by Wert Audit, training services can only be provided if at least 3 distinct legal entities participate, regardless of the total number of participants or their composition (individuals/legal entities). This requirement aims to maintain the impartiality of the certification process, in accordance with standard SR EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and does not apply in the case of conformity assessment certification bodies, due to the provisions of point 5.2.4 of the aforementioned standard.
III. For conducting training at the applicant's site, the following conditions must be ensured: - Training room with a minimum area of 7 m² for 3 trainees (size increases proportionally with the number of participants), - Functional window, - Air conditioning, - Appropriate lighting, - At least one electrical outlet, - Suitable furniture: tables and chairs for participants, table and chair for instructor.
Training group formation
For each type of training, in order of registration, groups of minimum 3 participants are formed. Maximum number of participants: - 25 for training with theoretical instruction; - 20 for training that includes practical applications. If the number of requests exceeds the limit of one group, an additional group will be organized for a later date.
Subsequent limitation of certification services
After providing training services to legal entities, Wert Audit cannot provide certification services to the same organizations if at least 3 people from distinct legal entities did not participate in the training. This measure is necessary to maintain impartiality in accordance with SR EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 / ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015.
